High-Speed Feeding System
The feeding system combines vacuum suction feeding with a high-speed conjugate cam-type feeder head, ensuring smooth, stable, and accurate sheet feeding even at high operating speeds.

Glue Application System
The high-precision glue application and conveying system is equipped with side guide structures for the sheets and glue roller, enabling automatic sheet control. The system prevents glue overflow during high-speed operation and allows adjustment of glue return flow to minimize glue consumption and waste.

Sensing and Compensation Registration System
Multiple photoelectric sensors detect the relative position of the bottom sheet during feeding. The servo motors on both sides of the top-sheet feeding system provide independent compensation, ensuring precise and smooth registration between the top and bottom sheets.

Fully Integrated Electrical Control System
The machine uses an HMI (Human-Machine Interface) and PLC control system with indicator displays. It can automatically detect abnormal operating conditions and display machine operating status and production records.
