The Automatic Carton Folder Gluer Line is a high-efficiency carton converting solution designed for the automated forming of corrugated cartons. It integrates automatic feeding, folding, gluing, bonding, pressing, counting, and output into one continuous production process.

The entire carton production line adopts PLC control and servo drive technology, enabling coordinated operation of each working section. It is easy to operate and allows quick job changeover, helping improve carton production efficiency and gluing quality while reducing labor requirements and production costs.

The machine is suitable for high-volume folding and gluing of corrugated cartons. The line can be configured according to carton size, board material, production speed, and product type. Customized configurations and automated production solutions are also available for special requirements.
