The fully automatic carton production line is an integrated packaging solution that combines multiple carton processing machines into one complete production system. The carton production line can include a corrugated board pre-feeder, carton flexo printing slotting and die-cutting machine, bottom-folding gluer line, and automatic carton strapping machine.

From automatic board feeding, printing, slotting and die cutting to folding, gluing, counting, bundling and palletizing, the entire carton production process can be completed continuously and automatically. This helps reduce manual labor, improve production efficiency, and ensure consistent carton quality.

The production line features a modular design, allowing different machines and functions to be configured according to the customer’s production requirements, carton specifications and available workspace. Each machine can also be selected and operated independently to provide a flexible solution for different carton manufacturing needs.

• Linear Guide Rail Synchronized Lateral Adjustment System: Ensures stable and precise adjustment of the central heavy-duty folding beam.
• Elastic Guide Rail Pressure Roller System: Precisely controls the conveying gap and effectively reduces paperboard jamming during transportation.
• Rear Suction Belt Conveying System: Rear suction belt drive with independent correction motors on both sides provides precise alignment and improves conveying accuracy.
• Drop-Type Delivery System: The falling delivery system effectively protects the printed surface from damage and is suitable for high-volume production.
• High-Frequency Carton Squaring System: High-frequency carton alignment system with high-power fan-assisted delivery and continuous circulating conveying.
• Multi-Servo High-Speed Counting and Stacking System: Multi-servo-driven counting and stacking delivery system ensures high-speed and efficient production.
• Paperboard Pressure Roller Assistance: Pressure rollers assist paperboard conveying, with belt output and electric adjustment of the conveying gap.
