The Fully Automatic Carton Printing, Slotting, Die Cutting, Folder Gluing & Strapping Line is an integrated carton converting solution that combines printing, slotting, die cutting, folding, gluing, counting, and strapping into one continuous production process. It can be connected with upstream carton production equipment to provide automated processing from corrugated board to finished, strapped cartons, making it suitable for high-volume carton production.

The line is suitable for the automated production of corrugated cartons, shipping boxes, logistics packaging, food packaging boxes, household appliance cartons, and other corrugated packaging products. Features & Specifications

Independent Servo Drive:
The entire machine adopts independent servo drives for each unit, allowing units to be added or removed as required without being restricted by traditional mechanical transmission structures. The servo drive system provides fast response, high positioning accuracy, multiple operating modes, and high system stability.

Lead-Edge Feeding Section:
The lead-edge feeder adopts a servo-driven, non-crush feeding system with dual air-box vacuum suction. The front, rear, left, and right guide plates are fully controlled by computer for precise and stable feeding.

Printing Section:
During the entire printing process, vacuum suction conveying technology is used to ensure stable and consistent board transfer, achieving a combination of high-speed production and precise color registration.

Slotting Section:
The slotting section features a dual-knife-disc design, allowing continuous adjustment for different carton sizes and extended slotting dimensions.

Folder Gluer Line:
The line is equipped with a servo-driven heavy-duty drop-bottom delivery system, a spray gluing system, and a servo-controlled forming system for efficient and precise carton folding and gluing.

Control System:
The electrical control system is built around Siemens servo drive technology, PLC, industrial-grade HMI, and variable frequency drives (VFDs). It enables intelligent and rapid job changeover, simplifying machine setup and adjustment while improving operational convenience, production efficiency, and safety.
