Our Corrugated Board Production Line, also known as a complete Corrugator Line, is designed for the continuous production of high-quality 3-ply, 5-ply and 7-ply corrugated board. The complete line integrates paper feeding, preheating, corrugating, gluing, pressing, slitting, cutting and stacking processes, providing an efficient solution for corrugated packaging manufacturers.

The Corrugated Board Production Line mainly consists of hydraulic shaftless mill roll stands, paper preheaters, single facer machines, conveyor bridges, glue applicators, double backers, slitter scorers, cut-off machines, stacking and delivery systems, as well as auxiliary systems including the starch preparation system, steam system, electrical control system, and compressed air system.

Based on advanced technologies from China and overseas, extensive research into customer requirements, and many years of experience in manufacturing corrugated board production lines, our company has developed and manufactured high-speed 3-ply, 5-ply, and 7-ply corrugated board production lines with production speeds ranging from 150 to 300 m/min.

The production lines are available with various flute profiles, including A, C, B, and E flutes, allowing customers to select the appropriate configuration according to their production requirements.

Single Facer Machine：

Design Speed: 250 m/min

Effective Working Width: 1,400–2,500 mm

Corrugating Roll: Ø360 mm (varies depending on flute profile)
Pressure Roll: Ø410 mm
Preheating Roll: Ø400 mm

The single facer adopts a negative-pressure vacuum design, allowing the medium paper to be evenly pressed against the surface of the corrugating roll and uniformly coated with adhesive. This ensures better bonding and forming quality of the single-face corrugated board.

Quick Corrugating Roll Changeover: The corrugating rolls can be replaced within approximately 15 minutes. During the replacement process, an electric trolley is used to transport the corrugating roll into the machine and securely position it on the machine base, enabling fast, easy, and efficient roll changeover.

The corrugating rolls, pressure roll, and other key components are equipped with a high-stability pneumatic airbag control system, providing precise and consistent pressure control.

The adhesive application volume is electrically adjustable, while the glue separation device is also electrically controlled. The gluing system can operate independently when the main machine is stopped, helping prevent adhesive from drying or deteriorating.

The movable gluing system makes cleaning easier and facilitates routine maintenance, inspection, and servicing.

Hydraulic Shaftless Mill Roll Stand：

The mill roll stand adopts a double-roll, symmetrical four-arm structure, allowing two rolls of paper to be supported simultaneously. The paper rolls are lifted and lowered hydraulically, while electric mechanical controls are used for roll clamping and web alignment.

The machine is equipped with an Italian-imported multi-point braking system and automatic expanding-type paper chucks, helping maintain stable web tension and reduce paper waste.

Paper Preheater：

Preheating Roll Diameter: Ø600 mm, Ø800 mm, Ø900 mm, or Ø1,100 mm, optional.

Effective Working Width: 1,400–2,200 mm.

Electric Wrap-Angle Adjustment: Adjustable from 60° to 270°.

The surfaces of all rolls are precision-ground and hard-chrome plated, providing a smooth finish, high wear resistance, and long service life. The preheating rolls feature either a dished-head or flat-head design, ensuring uniform heating of the paper web.

The preheating unit can be configured with single or multiple preheating rolls according to production requirements.
