The Single Facer Production Line is mainly designed for producing single-face corrugated board. It consists of a paper roll stand, preheating unit, single facer, conveying system, sheet cutter, and stacking system. Using roll paper as the raw material, the line can continuously produce and cut single-face corrugated board into the required sheet sizes. It features an advanced production process, high efficiency, strong adaptability to different production volumes, and improved working conditions. It is suitable for small and medium-sized carton manufacturing plants.

• Constant-tension board conveying ensures that the conveying speed is precisely synchronized with the single facer speed.
• Slitting is performed by alloy-steel thin knives with automatic sharpening, providing long knife life and high-quality cutting.
• Each slitting knife is independently servo-controlled, enabling fast, accurate, and reliable knife positioning for quick job changeovers.
• The slitting section is driven by a variable-frequency motor and controlled by a VFD, automatically synchronizing its speed with the board conveying speed.
• During job changeovers, the positions of the left and right waste suction ports are electrically adjusted in synchronization with the edge knives.
• The cut-off section frame is made of high-quality castings, which undergo strict aging treatment and precision machining to ensure long-term stable operation.
• The cut-off section uses a seamless alloy-steel helical knife shaft, precision-machined and dynamically balanced, providing high rigidity and low rotational inertia.
• The cut-off knife is controlled by a Keb (Germany) AC servo controller.
