The 5-Ply Corrugated Board Production Line is designed for high-volume, automated production of corrugated board. It produces high-quality corrugated board in accordance with relevant standards, with high production efficiency and stable board quality. The Corrugated Board Production Line adopts centralized control for easy operation, convenient maintenance, and safe and reliable performance, significantly reducing manual labor requirements.

The production line adopts an energy-efficient heating system. High-temperature heat transfer oil is used as the heat source for the entire line, providing more than 40% energy savings compared with conventional heating methods. This significantly reduces energy consumption and production costs, making the line suitable for medium- and large-sized corrugated box manufacturers.

Cassette Single Facer：

4. The machine adopts a negative-pressure vacuum design, allowing the corrugating medium to be evenly pressed against the corrugating roll surface and uniformly coated with adhesive, resulting in improved bonding quality of the single-face corrugated board.
5. Quick Roll Changeover: The corrugating roll can be replaced within approximately 10 minutes. During roll replacement, an electric trolley transports the corrugating roll into the machine and positions it securely on the machine base, enabling fast and easy roll changeover.
6. The corrugating roll, pressure roll, and other key components adopt a high-stability pneumatic airbag control system for reliable and consistent pressure control.
7. The adhesive application volume is electrically adjustable, and the glue separation device is electrically controlled. The gluing system can operate independently when the main machine is stopped, helping prevent the adhesive from drying.
8. The movable gluing system facilitates cleaning and makes routine maintenance and servicing more convenient.
9. The machine features a simple and user-friendly control system with a touchscreen interface and color graphic displays for operating status, making operation easy and intuitive.
10. An integrated preconditioner with a spray system is provided to regulate the temperature and moisture content of the corrugating medium.

• The machine uses high-quality alloy blades with sharp cutting edges, ensuring clean and precise board cuts without crushing marks or burrs.
• The slitting knife working distance is electrically adjusted, with automatic pneumatic locking for convenient operation and improved working efficiency.
• The knife adjustment section adopts a dual linear-shaft guiding system for smooth and stable movement, with built-in polyurethane rings for cleaning and dust protection.
• The slitting section features a dual-glue-roller design before and after the slitting knives, allowing a wider range of board sizes to be processed.
• The creasing section adopts five-point scoring, with synchronized adjustment of the creasing clearance. The scoring lines are smooth and resistant to cracking, making the corrugated board easier to fold.
• The scoring section features electric adjustment, while the upper scoring wheels are pneumatically lifted and lowered. The dual linear-shaft guiding system ensures smooth movement, with pneumatic locking for fast adjustment. Upper and lower scoring alignment knobs allow the upper and lower scoring wheels to be precisely centered and aligned.

• The machine can store up to 200 production orders, allowing fast and accurate changes of cutting specifications without stopping the machine. It also supports computer networking for convenient production management.
• The drive gears of the knife shaft are made of precision-forged steel and undergo high-frequency hardening. The gear transmission adopts an advanced keyless connection design, providing high transmission accuracy and minimizing backlash.
• The cut-off machine uses a helical knife structure with replaceable hardened-steel cutting edges. The scissor-type cutting action requires less cutting force and provides a longer blade service life.
• Both the front and rear paper-feeding rollers use a sun-wheel pressure system, ensuring smooth board conveying and uniform pressure while minimizing board crushing and paperboard jams.
• The machine adopts an energy-storage braking system rather than regenerative/energy-consuming braking, resulting in low energy consumption during operation. Its average power consumption is approximately one-third that of conventional NC cut-off machines, saving more than 70% of electricity and significantly reducing operating costs.
• The machine is equipped with precision-adjustable backlash-free gears, ensuring accurate knife engagement and smooth, balanced operation.
• An independent oil pump and filter system supplies lubricating oil through two sets of copper tubing distributed to the gear positions, providing effective lubrication and cooling.
