The Hard Paperboard Production Line is a complete automated production system designed to continuously process multiple layers of base paper through paper feeding, glue application, laminating, pressing, drying, slitting and cross-cutting to produce high-strength, high-stiffness rigid paperboard. The entire line adopts a continuous production process, offering high production efficiency and stable operation while improving laminating quality and product consistency, reducing manual operations, and meeting the requirements of large-scale production.

According to different production processes and product requirements, the line can be configured for three-layer, five-layer or seven-layer paperboard production. It can also be customized according to the type of base paper, web width, board thickness, sheet size and production capacity, providing flexible production solutions for different customers.

The finished hard paperboard features uniform thickness, a stable structure, excellent stiffness and high strength. It is widely used for cigarette boxes, wine boxes, shoe boxes, mobile phone boxes, gift boxes and other premium packaging products, as well as various other paperboard applications according to customer requirements.

• The production line mainly consists of a paper roll stand, bridge paper conveyor, automatic edge alignment unit, gluing machine, pressing machine, drying section, sheet separating and traction unit, computer-controlled cross-cutting machine, and right-angle sheet delivery and stacking unit. Featuring an advanced design, easy operation, reliable and safe performance, and energy-efficient operation, the line is suitable for continuous industrial paperboard production.
• The line adopts a roll-to-roll laminating process and is available with web widths ranging from 1,300 mm to 2,200 mm. It can laminate three or four layers of base paper to produce paperboard with a basis weight of up to 2,400 g/m² and a maximum thickness of 3.0 mm. The production capacity is approximately 30–50 tons per day.
• The paperboard produced by this line features uniform thickness, density, moisture content, smoothness, stiffness and tensile strength, meeting applicable national paperboard quality standards.
• The finished paperboard is widely used for cigarette boxes, wine boxes, shoe boxes, mobile phone boxes, premium gift boxes and other high-quality packaging products.
