The Semi-Automatic Two-Piece Carton Stitching Machine is a commonly used carton converting machine for the production of printed and corrugated cartons. It features a four-servo control system and combines two functions in one machine. It can stitch both single-piece formed cartons and two-piece formed cartons, providing greater flexibility for different carton production requirements.

The stitching system supports single stitching, double stitching, and reinforced stitching, which can be completed in one operation. Four-Servo Drive System

The machine is equipped with four servo motors, including two stitching-head motors and two feeding motors. Automatic Carton Size Adjustment

The computer control system automatically adjusts the carton flap dimensions. Four-way adjustable positioning guides allow the machine to handle different carton shapes, including irregular cartons, cartons with flaps, and open-top cartons.

Automatic Counting and Stacking

The rear section is equipped with an automatic counting system. Finished cartons can be automatically counted and grouped according to a preset quantity from 1 to 99 sheets, then delivered to the end of the conveyor for convenient bundling and strapping.

High-Speed Stitching

The machine operates at a maximum speed of 600 stitches per minute.

The stitching-head drive uses a servo-synchronized timing belt direct-drive system, providing fast response, high transmission efficiency, and rapid stitching performance.

Two-in-One Stitching Function

One machine provides two stitching functions and can process:

Automatic Adjustment for Different Carton Specifications

The machine can be connected to a production management system and supports order changeover by barcode/QR code scanning, depending on the customer’s production management requirements.

Multi-Layer Corrugated Board Adjustment

The machine is designed to process different corrugated board thicknesses, including 3-ply, 5-ply, and 7-ply cartons. The paper pressing gap and carton flap dimensions can be adjusted through the computer control system for fast and accurate setup.
