Machine Functions & Features：

• The machine integrates feeding, flexographic printing, slotting, and die cutting functions. It can complete printing, creasing, slotting, corner cutting, punching, and other processes in a single pass for 3-ply and 5-ply corrugated sheets.
• The feeding, printing, slotting, and die-cutting units are all controlled by a PLC and HMI system. The machine phase is adjusted by variable-frequency motors, featuring automatic job memory, automatic locking, and automatic return-to-position functions. Job changeovers are fast and highly accurate.
• One-button job changeover is available without the need to store job orders, making operation faster and more convenient.
• The main drive motor and fan are equipped with variable-frequency motors. This not only reduces energy consumption but also allows the air volume to be adjusted according to different corrugated board materials, helping reduce damage to the corrugated flutes.
• The machine features a low-ink-level flow alarm system. When the ink level is insufficient, a buzzer provides an alarm and paper feeding stops automatically.
• The machine is equipped with an intelligent unit engagement/disengagement system, allowing all units to be engaged or disengaged with one button, saving setup time and improving production efficiency.
• A monitoring system is installed on the machine, allowing operators to observe the stacking condition at the delivery section at any time. Speed displays are installed at both the front and rear of the machine, providing real-time information on production speed and output.
• A measuring scale is installed above the paper guide wheels, eliminating the need for a separate tape measure and making adjustments faster and easier. The rack-and-pinion self-locking system allows adjustments without the use of additional wrenches.
• An ink-level balancing system keeps the ink level consistent across all printing units. The machine is also equipped with a proprietary spray system developed by our company.
• The counting photoelectric sensor uses Omron reflective diffuse-type photoelectric technology from Japan, providing high counting accuracy and reliable operation.
• The anilox roller adjustment system adopts an eccentric bearing structure, allowing precise adjustment during both machine stoppage and production. This significantly improves printing accuracy and overall print quality.
• All adjustment shafts and side plates are equipped with oil-impregnated bearings, ensuring smooth and precise adjustment while effectively reducing problems such as rusting and enlarged holes caused by long-term operation.
• All machine tie bars are made of square steel tubing, with positioning pins installed in the middle to improve the stability and accuracy of machine-unit engagement and separation.
• The die-cutting unit adopts an independent servo drive, completely separating its power transmission from the main drive. This reduces mechanical wear, increases operating speed, and significantly improves printing and die-cutting accuracy.
• A central control system is installed at the rear of the machine near the plate-free section. Operators can directly adjust the machine phase, lateral movement, main drive speed, fan speed, acceleration/deceleration, and constant-speed cruising from this control panel.
• No need to move to different sections of the machine for adjustments, which reduces setup time and significantly improves overall production efficiency.
