The Fully Automatic Corrugated Board Pre-Feeder is designed to automatically supply corrugated boards to carton box converting machines in a continuous and stable manner.

It is typically installed in front of flexo printing machines, printing slotting machines, die-cutting machines, and other corrugated box processing equipment.

The system automatically feeds stacked corrugated boards to the main machine, helping reduce manual handling and feeding operations. This improves production efficiency, reduces labor intensity, and enhances the automation level of the entire production line.

Customized solutions are available according to board size, production speed, main machine configuration, and specific production requirements.

Working Principle：

The fully automatic corrugated board pre-feeder operates through the following process:

Corrugated Board Stacking → Automatic Loading → Automatic Conveying → Board Positioning → Continuous Feeding → Processing by the Main Machine

Stacked corrugated boards are placed in the loading area. Through the conveying and feeding mechanisms, the machine automatically and continuously supplies the boards to the feeder section of the main machine.

During continuous production, the pre-feeder can provide a stable and continuous board supply in coordination with the operating speed of the main machine, helping reduce interruptions and unstable feeding caused by manual operation.

Semi-automatic and fully automatic models are available. Customization is supported for special requirements.
