The Paperboard Production Line is an automated production system designed for laminating and bonding multiple layers of paper into rigid paperboard. The production process mainly includes paper feeding, glue application, laminating, pressing and conveying, firmly bonding multiple layers of paper to produce rigid paperboard with uniform thickness, stable structure and excellent stiffness.

The production line can be configured according to different raw materials, paper thicknesses, board sizes and production capacity requirements. It is suitable for producing grey board, rigid paperboard and other multi-layer paperboard products. The entire line adopts an automated continuous production process, helping improve laminating efficiency and product consistency, reduce manual operations and lower production costs.

The finished boards are widely used for packaging boxes, gift boxes, folders, furniture and other products requiring high-stiffness paperboard.

• The Hard Paperboard Production Line mainly consists of a paper roll stand, bridge conveyor, automatic edge alignment unit, gluing machine, pressing machine, drying section, traction slitting machine, computer-controlled cross-cutting machine, and right-angle sheet delivery and stacking unit. The entire line features an advanced design, convenient operation, reliable and safe performance, and energy-efficient production.
• The line adopts a roll-to-roll paper laminating process and is available in web widths ranging from 1,300 mm to 2,200 mm. It can laminate three, four, five or six layers of base paper to produce high-density paperboard with a basis weight of up to 2,400 g/m² and a thickness of up to 5.0 mm. The daily production capacity is approximately 30–50 tons.
• The paperboard produced by this line features uniform thickness, density, moisture content, smoothness, stiffness and tensile strength, meeting applicable national paperboard quality standards.
• The finished paperboard is widely used for cigarette boxes, wine boxes, shoe boxes, mobile phone boxes, premium gift boxes and other high-quality packaging products.
