The complete system integrates carton bundle stacking, conveying, pre-aligning and turning, automatic pallet dispensing, pallet positioning, and palletizing discharge. It can be flexibly adjusted according to different carton sizes, bundle dimensions, pallet sizes, and palletizing patterns.
With a high level of automation, stable operation, and precise palletizing, the system reduces manual handling and palletizing work while improving the automation level and production efficiency of the end-of-line process. It is suitable for fully automatic folder gluers, fully automatic stitchers, carton production lines, and packaging production lines.

The system consists of a palletizing robot, robotic gripper system, carton bundle stacking machine, conveyor system, pre-aligning and turning machine, automatic pallet dispenser with pallet output conveyors at both ends, pallet positioning system, palletizing discharge conveyor, carton arranging system, safety system, and control system.
A turning conveyor can be optionally equipped according to the available plant space and layout.
